Issue Procedure

Provide a power of attorney for our employee, who will represent you in all necessary institutions.

Prepare photocopies of your Russian passport pages (main page, pages with the stamp of residency and marriage registration) and bring them (send by courier), together with the power of attorney, to one of our offices.
3
If you are not a Moscow or St. Petersburg resident, send the documents by mail or other express delivery services.
We assist ONLY with official certificates with accurate factual information about the applicant. We do not assist in obtaining certificates that contain inaccurate information about the applicant’s criminal record
